Kimmel Hypocrisy: Republicans ‘Should Be Praying for God to Forgive Them’

Jimmy Kimmel, the Left’s fourth or fifth favorite late night talk show host (he is White, after all), has opted to say a few words on behalf of his political party, having apparently been designated by Senator Kamala Harris (JA-CA), the leader of the Jackass Party in Congress, as the newest White spokesperson for the Leftocrats (not quite sure if there’s a particular ribbon that’s worn along with those honors).

At any rate, he decided to take this opportunity where 59 people’s lives were stolen from them by a deranged lunatic and nearly 500 injured in Las Vegas, to…

Oh, you thought I was going to say, “He took this opportunity to call for unity and a solemn moment of tribute to the families of the deceased.  He also took the opportunity to talk about how this was not really about country music and Trump supporters, or guns in the hands of civilians, because as we all know, nothing could have prevented this national tragedy.”

If you thought I was going to say that (and I know you didn’t) then you would’ve been sorely disappointed.  No, what Kimmel did do, however, was to ensure that a national day of mourning would be instead turned into a day of casting blame.  But he wasn’t casting blame on the shooter.  He wasn’t casting blame, perhaps, on the Leftist media who have been calling for the assassination of Trump or the injuring and killing of Trump supporters by the Fake News Industrial Complex, the Party of the Jackass, armed and violent, rioting thugs in Antifa or even the thousands of higher education voices of reason (the professors) all over this great land.  He wasn’t even chiding the CBS Legal Executive, Hayley Geftman-Gold who, just last night as this horrific scene was playing out, posted on social media how these people in Las Vegas had it coming to them because of their support of Republicans!

No, no, Kimmel had a different target.  That’s right!  He totally agrees with Geftman-Gold that Republicans were completely, 100% responsible for this “unpreventable” tragedy and reveled in the fact that he could say so on national television to the 322 people who watch his show and agree with him!

Late-night TV host Jimmy Kimmel opened his program Monday with a ten-minute political rant about Sunday’s mass murder in Las Vegas, saying “now is the time for political debate” about gun control.

Dismissing as inadequate calls for prayers for the victims by President Donald Trump, House Speaker Paul Ryan, and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY), the Jimmy Kimmel Live host said: “they should be praying for God to forgive them for letting the gun lobby run this country.”

Kimmel railed against lawmakers who “won’t do anything about this because the NRA has their balls in a money clip,” insisting that their “thoughts and your prayers are insufficient.”

The comic responded to those saying there was nothing that could have been done to stop Sunday’s attack. “I disagree with that intensely,” Kimmel said, “because of course there’s something we can do about it.”

Like…kill all the people in China?

You’re all, like, “What?”  Yeah, for as much sense as his rant about an “unpreventable” attack is, he has made other statements about other issues that are just as nonsensical as this.  Observe…

MEDIAITE HEADLINE (October 30, 2013):  “Jimmy Kimmel Apologizes for ‘Kill All the People in China’ Controversy”  Kimmel had posted a video of a 6-year-old boy saying that we should kill all the people in China on his YouTube page, marked as private, and then pulled an excerpt of that video for his TV show.  That caused an instant backlash and he was forced to apologize and removed the video.

KNOW YOUR MEME HEADLINE (August 2015):  “Jimmy Kimmel YouTube Gaming Controversy”  Kimmel thought it would be hilarious to upload a video to his YouTube page that insulted the video gaming community and those that apparently also watched streaming videos of other people playing games by, in essence, telling them to “get a friggan’ life!”

VARIETY MAGAZINE HEADLINE (March 1, 2017):  “Tourist at the Center of Oscars Race Controversy Responds”  Kimmel chose to use “passive racism” on a pair of Chinese-American tourists who just happened to have disembarked from their bus only to be set upon by Kimmel and a camera and microphone.  He proceeded to tease the woman about her name Yulree (rhymes with “jewelry”), but then asked the husband’s name.  When he replied, “Patrick,” Kimmel compared his name with normality.  The controversy was instantaneous.

OCCUPY DEMOCRATS HEADLINE (May 19, 2017):  “Jimmy Kimmel Just Broke His Silence About His Health Care Controversy”  Kimmel comes out and blasts the United States Republicans for not maintaining a single-payer healthcare system for Americans, despite the fact that the system is said to be responsible for the removal of more than 20M people from their previous “good” healthcare coverage.

I have a very simple question:  Is Mr. Kimmel going to ask for God’s forgiveness for all of his poor judgment, stupidity, passive racism, and uncaring attitude toward all those who have lost their medical coverage?

Oh, and by the way, Mr. Kimmel:  While you were making all those many complaints about how Trump supporters were sending you death threats…remember that…and you followed it up with a public statement that you would have no choice but to up security on the studio during your taping of your shows because you feared for your life?

Did those many security measures include armed guards with firearms?  You can bet your unwatched YouTube page they did!  I wonder if God will forgive you for that.

Just wondering.
