Khizr Khan Deletes Evidence that He Specialized in Muslim Immigration

Khizr Kahn is an attorney, which should be an immediate clue as to his ethical orientation. His cynicism in using his dead son to advance the political fortunes of Hillary Clinton is as disgusting and cold as can be, particularly when reviewing Kahn’s law practice as well as his personal relationship with the Clintons.

It turns out that Kahn engages in the procurement of EB5 immigration visas and other “Related Immigration Services” for wealthy Middle Eastern immigrants, according to his law firm’s website, which he has now deleted from the internet. It is a legal pay to play scheme for Muslim migration into the United States through legal chicanery, so Kahn would certainly oppose any slow down to his business as proposed by Trump, even if it was for the protection of the American people.

His objection to Trump appears to have little or nothing to do with his dead son or how he would react to immigration controls, and everything to do with his legal fortune.

The EB5 program, which helps wealthy foreigners usually from the Middle East essentially buy their way into America, is fraught with corruption. U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee chairman Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) has detailed such corruption over the past several months, and in February issued a blistering statement about it.

“Maybe it is only here on Capitol Hill—on this island surrounded by reality—that we can choose to plug our ears and refuse to listen to commonly accepted facts,” Grassley said in a statement earlier this year. “The Government Accountability Office, the media, industry experts, members of congress, and federal agency officials, have concurred that the program is a serious problem with serious vulnerabilities. Allow me to mention a few of the flaws.”

“There are classified reports that detail the national security, fraud and abuse. Our committee has received numerous briefings and classified documents to show this side of the story,” Grassley said in the early February 2016 statement. “The enforcement arm of the Department of Homeland Security wrote an internal memo that raises significant concerns about the program. One section of the memo outlines concerns that it could be used by Iranian operatives to infiltrate the United States. The memo identifies seven main areas of program vulnerability, including the export of sensitive technology, economic espionage, use by foreign government agents and terrorists, investment fraud, illicit finance and money laundering.”

This alone would seem to seriously taint Kahn, but that is just the beginning of his problems as a witness against Trump. His deep political and legal connections with the Clitnons, along with his extensive Muslim immigration links, mean his attacks against Trump are disintegrating, and his effort to hide his professional activities by deleting his website is even more damning.

Perhaps even more interesting is that on the website that he has now deleted, Khan revealed that he spent nearly a decade working for the mega-D.C. law firm Hogan & Hartson—now Hogan Lovells LLP—which connects him directly with the government of Saudi Arabia and the Clintons themselves. Saudi Arabia, which has retained the firm that Khan worked at for years, has donated between $10 million and $25 million to the Clinton Foundation. Hillary Clinton, despite the repeated urging of Trump, has refused to return the Clinton Cash money to the Saudis. What’s more, Hogan Lovells also did Hillary Clinton’s taxes—and helped acquire the patents for parts of the technology she used in crafting her illicit home-brew email server that the FBI director called “extremely careless” in handling classified information.

The Clinton Foundation has collected tens or hundreds of millions of dollars from Middle Eastern countries and is deeply beholden to these countries and the individuals who have provided this money.

Of course it is illegal for foreign countries or individuals to attempt to influence a U.S. election, but the whole enterprise is hidden by the “charitable nature” of these individuals who have “supported” the Clinton Foundation.

It is as crooked as Hillary is, and Khizr Khan can now be added to the mix. It is now up to the media to apologize for their over-the-top attacks on Trump and to admit that this flawed phony is nothing more than a corrupt shill for Hillary. That, of course, is expecting far too much of the compromised media, which in all likelihood will continue caterwauling as if nothing new has been discovered about Mr. Khan.

It is clear, however, that the Clintons and the Democrat party misplayed their hand in trying to use a dead American soldier as their main push to get Trump out of the race. It was a shameless move on Khan’s part, but certainly representative of how Hillary and the Democrats play the game.
