What Rove is doing here seems to be calling on Obama to lead to way to repealing the 2nd amendment. He states:
“…basically the only way to guarantee that we would dramatically reduce acts of violence involving guns is to basically remove guns from society and until somebody gets enough oomph to repeal the Second Amendment, that’s not gonna happen.”
So we can’t really have a reduction of these types of events until we rid our country of guns, and for that to happen ‘somebody’ needs to have the courage to get our gun rights taken away.

That makes the 2nd. amendment an intrinsic part of a FOUNDATIONAL
document and therefore UNamendable.
The Bill of Rights is the description of a citizen as a whole, free, human
being. . . The Constitution and the Bill of Rights is the property of this
nations citizenry. Rove is an ass to suggest otherwise.
