Judicial Watch Makes Breakthrough Discovery as FBI Admits a Grand Jury Was Investigating Hillary Clinton

This same lawsuit was originally filed against then-Secretary of State John Kerry, who apparently had the ability to sidestep the demands of the court by simply ignoring compliance.

The newly formed Trump State Department filing includes details of the FBI’s outright refusal to refer the Clinton email issue to the Department of Justice, as the law requires.

According to the supervisor of the case, Special Agent Priestap, the FBI “obtained Grand Jury subpoenas related to the Blackberry e-mail accounts, which produced no responsive materials, as the requested data was outside the retention time utilized by those providers.”

Under penalty of perjury, what Priestap was actually saying was that the BlackBerry email account had stated that they did not have any of the email information covering the period of time that the FBI required because the data had already been deleted.  According to his own statement, the “retention time utilized by those providers” had run out and the information was disposed of through company policy.

Judicial Watch has been working furiously to force government officials to compel the FBI to turn over this case to a Justice Department that will actually pursue the truth in the matter.
