Judge Nap: DOJ & Sessions Have All They Need Right Now to Indict Hillary

Fox News senior legal analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano told host Stuart Varney that the evidence already in hand at the DOJ is enough to be presented to a grand jury without further investigation.

His comments come after Judicial Watch released 1,606 pages of emails of Clinton, her staff and State Department employees. The release reveals staff doing favors for Clinton Foundation donors and the former secretary and her staff mishandling classified information.

While the mainstream media are doing their best to ignore or bury the story, Napolitano asserted the time for action is at hand and prior DOJ decisions in the Obama administration have no bearing on the matter.

Is this enough to cause Jeff Sessions to present the evidence against her for the misuse of state secrets to a grand jury? Absolutely! Do they need a special prosecutor? No, they don’t, Are they bound by Jim Comey’s decision not to prosecute? They are absolutely not bound by it.”

The New Jersey native is the youngest life-tenured Superior Court judge in the history of New Jersey.  He sat on the bench from 1987 to 1995. During his tenure, he presided over more than 150 jury trials and thousands of motions, sentencings, and hearings.

In addition to his belief that Attorney General Jeff Sessions has what he needs to move forward, Napolitano said the nature of the evidence in hand means no further investigation would be needed.

Actually he [Attorney General Sessions] doesn’t have to investigate. He has a truckload of materials that the FBI accumulated under Jim Comey which paints a picture of a mountain-load of her guilt.”

While the ball is clearly in the AG’s court, Democrats and their lackeys in the media and academia already are rumbling that any action taken against the president’s former opponent would be “unprecedented.”

What’s unprecedented is a former government official who was involved in corruption up to her neck, and also in violation of the Espionage Act, has been given a free pass as of now just because of who she is.

So much for equal justice under the law.
