This sounds an awful lot like socialism. Because one has money, she should have to share her wealth with those who don't have a lot. Bernie Sanders would absolutely support this. I would be interested to see him debate with Judge Judy.

In a broader perspective, this is the type of system being supported by our government, one that involves taking from those who earned it and giving it to those who haven't.
