Gov. Brown Turn California Schools Into Gunman Friendly Zones

California has a new piece of legislation that makes schools less safe. Governor Brown signed SB707 which “will prohibit people with concealed weapons permits from carrying firearms on school and college campuses.”

People who have concealed carry permits would be allowed to carry firearms within 1,000 feet of a public or private K-12 school, but not on the grounds.

The bad guys now know that campuses don’t have anyone available to shoot them when the come on campus to kill innocent people and their only armed threat is 1000 feet away from the school.

Gun owners’ groups said they would/would have immediately sued to challenge the bill that Brown approved on Saturday.

By signing the bill on Saturday, Brown delayed the filing of the law suit until Tuesday, as Monday, Columbus Day, was a official court holiday.
