The document was compiled subsequent to the recent attack on Paris and indicates the failure of European governments to share information about the terror group which creates an inability to effectively track ISIS. The report also suggests that WMD material may already have been smuggled into Europe for future attacks. There is no question that the Islamic terror groups are willing to use chemical, biological, radiological or even nuclear materials to further the desire for a worldwide caliphate and this possibility must be addressed and prepared for.
Rob Wainwright, head of Europol said after the attacks on Paris: ‘We are dealing with a very serious, well-resourced, determined international terrorist organization that is now active on the streets of Europe.
‘This represents the most serious terrorist threat faced in Europe for 10 years.’
Mr Wainwright warned that ISIS had serious capabilities in terms of resources and manpower.’
Nomi Bar-Yaacov, Associate Fellow in Chatham House’s International Security Department said: ‘There is a very real risk of ISIS using unconventional weapons in Europe and beyond.’
Wolfgang Rudischhauser, Director of the Weapons of Mass Destruction Non-Proliferation Centre at NATO said: ‘ISIS actually has already acquired the knowledge, and in some cases the human expertise, that would allow it to use CBRN materials as weapons of terror.’
‘Interpol’s monthly CBRN intelligence reports show numerous examples of attempts to acquire, smuggle or use CBRN materials.’
It is time for world leaders, and especially European and American leaders, to recognize Islamic terrorism for what it is, a dire threat to humanity and a daily crushing weight on the peace and security of innocents worldwide. And the only clear way to eradicate this cancer from the planet is to recognize that we are at war for our very survival, stop pandering to Islamic fronts such as CAIR, shout Obama, Lynch, and their ilk down, and demand angry, righteous retribution by the merciless and absolute destruction of this blight on the planet, starting with cutting off the head of the beast.
The Islamic foot soldiers will continue to follow the lead of the radical Imams, so we must seek and destroy these evil and protected destroyers. Osama Bin Laden is the example of what must be done. Find the lair of these jackals and destroy them without mercy, just as they have sent their mercenaries to destroy others.
It is not too late, and once these blood thirsty savages see that their fellow revolutionaries are nothing but a bad memory, the attacks will stop. These murderous leaders do not care for either the innocents that they have had massacred, nor for their minions who they send on their evil missions. But they do care for their own sorry carcasses, and this must be done before it is too late.
Some years ago Mohammar Khadafi, the president of Libya was a leading sponsor of terrorism. President Ronald Reagan called for air strikes on his palaces and compounds, and although Khadafi was not killed, some of his family members were, and he was put on notice that the nonsensical diplomatic Kabuki theater politicians play in not going after the leader was no longer going to be adhered to.
Suddenly the sponsorship of terrorism stopped and Khadafi became a much more reasonable citizen. That is what must happen here, cut off the head and the body will die. We have tried the other way and it is not working. It will require political will, and the pushing aside of Islamic apologist and protector Barack Obama, so he must be pushed aside. If we cannot or will not do that, we will surely invite more of the same as what we have recently gotten, and that will include the use of WMD.
