Imran Awan worked for Debbie Wasserman Schultz from 2005 until last week. Awan and his two brothers managed IT services for multiple Democratic government workers. They were removed from their duties with the DNC in February after being suspected they were using their positions to hack other government networks without authorization.
Wasserman Schultz, however, continued to keep Awan on her payroll despite this knowledge. Suspicious? Yes. Wasserman Shultz only fired Awan after it became public knowledge he had been arrested for bank fraud while fleeing the country. He was trying to escape to Pakistan where documents reveal Wasserman Schultz agreed to keep paying him to work for her from that location.
Now we learn he had access to all every member of Congress and selling U.S. secrets to foreign agents! Like they say, people in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones. And there is a reason the Democrats have been so fixated on trying to conjure up this Trump/Russia narrative. Just saying…
