Denmark has faced this issue where a number of marriages of adult men to girls, as young as fourteen, was sanctioned by the state, resulting in a national scandal. To make things right, the immigration minister, Inger Støjberg now vows to protect these children, separating couples if one of the parties is under 18.
Støjberg has told the Danish Immigration Service to immediately put a stop to minors currently living within the Danish asylum system with their adult spouses and partners. He says, “It is completely unacceptable.”
There is one case where an adult husband was allowed to see his young pregnant wife under supervision and another case where the age of the wife was lied about and she was allowed to live with her husband in the asylum housing unhampered.

Being Muslim I disagree with comment of Imam for early marriage of girls or child brides! Though Prophet Muhammad (Saw) did married with Hazrat Ayesh (R) at young age of 11 years! but that era was 1400 years ago! If talking about Sunna so during that era Prophet used to go on camel and horse or walk from Medina to Makkah.So why people go on by car or by air? The human structures compared to ancient era taken drastic changes! Earlier most men and women used to be taller,stronger and uncivilized as compare today! It is better girtls to get marry on adult age. due to health and mental fit for to manage family affairs. Islamic clerics worldwide for the sake of cheap fame and for slef interest changing gear against the local laws even law match to them! I deplored this motivation and consider this is out of Islam.
