Sound asleep, due to the prescribed pain medication, a Chicago woman, awoke to the heinous crime of being raped by Crescencio Heredia, an illegal alien. She told him to stop upon awaking and he proceeded to abuse her.
After she reported Heredia to police, authorities charged him with “two counts of criminal sexual assault, two counts of criminal sexual abuse and two counts of possession of a firearm without a Firearm Owner’s Identification card,” according to the Daily Herald. Police confiscated ammunition and two guns from his apartment, noting “defendant is an illegal alien and unable to possess a Firearm Owner’s Identification card.”
If Heredia’s country will not take him back, then he will be free to live in the United States because of the SCOTUS decision in Zadvydas v. Davis (2001). He faces possible deportation and up to 15 years in prison.
As with many other immigrant sex crimes that the media ignore and Breitbart News exposes, Heredia was simply identified as a “man” in the local news headline and the victim’s rape elicited no interest from other news outlets.
