Rios Covarrubia is an illegal alien. Not an illegal “immigrant” or a “migrant.” He is an illegal alien who does not belong in the United States of America.
Nor does he belong in Arizona, where he has been caught.
He has done severe damage to a young girl and this event could have been prevented with a serious immigration policy.
A grossly misguided welfare state funds men like Rios Covarrubia to stay home and engage in lives of crime and other nefarious pursuits. Perhaps a discussion about visiting our poor and coaching them to become economically savvy can take place so no more children have to suffer like this.
Rios Covarrubia occasionally babysits hos neighbor’s daughter. He also like to find men online and have sexual trysts with them. This makes the babysitting situation inconvenient so Rios just stuffs her into a trash bag with her arms, legs and mouth covered in duct tape.
This sordid chain of events came crashing down on Rios after one of his online trysts discovered the girl in horrible conditions.
