A three judge panel on Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals is allowing a illegal alien felon to return and remain in the United States. Avendano-Hernandez was convicted of two drunk driving offenses,that left two people injured in the second occurrence. He served time in jail and then was deported back to Mexico.
He illegally re-entered the United States and was again arrested but this time he petitioned for sanctuary in the U.S. under the U.N. Convention Against Torture. His reasons will leave you in wonder.
