Five illegal immigrants are currently seeking millions in a lawsuit against the U.S. government for psychological and physical harm they claim they suffered while held in a detention center….of course, after they broke the law by jumping the border.
The illegals come from Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador and claim that they received poor medical care and suffered mental trauma from being detained. Some even claim wrongful imprisonment….even though they broke the law by jumping the border.

Ship them back with two bottles of water and three days worth of MREs in a new backpack. Let their governments handle it. We’ve sunk billions of dollars into Central and South American countries. Where has all the aid and manpower gone, that those countries can’t sustain their own people. Plus, the biggest beneficiaries of the North American Free Trade Agreement is Mexico and it’s Central American Neighbors. Come on, they even have WalMarts down there and they are building engines for Chrysler and other automakers. It’s time for those countries to take responsibility for their own citizens. Try them all in court. Find them guilty. Deport them and forbid them from applying for work permits, visas or immigrating to this country. They are illegal immigrants. They committed a criminal act on both sides of the border.
