Marco Rubio was desperate when he went out of his way to take a swing at ICE. He must be even more desperate now that the agency is snapping back.
Describing the relationship between the agency and Rubio, Immigration and Customs Enforcement Council President Chris Crane penned an in-depth account of how the senator treated ICE officers. What he documented was a consistent pattern of disregard and contempt by Rubio for law enforcement and a preoccupation with pushing heavily-lobbied for amnesty bill through Congress. Crane went as far to say the agency was treated “like absolute trash”.
Clearly unsettled by Crane’s disclosure of this information, Rubio appeared on Fox News to slander Crane as a fraud. The GOP hopeful claimed that Crane really wasn’t an ICE officer and insinuated that his allegations weren’t to be trusted because they appeared in Breitbart, which he described as a “conspiracy theorist” site.
Man, imagine if Rubio went as hard after Obama and Hillary as he did ICE and Breitbart!

Liberals and populists today, and recently even many claiming to be Constitutional Conservatives, think it sufficient to allow any citizen to hold the office of President, thinking perhaps that a Citizen By/At Birth to be the same as the Natural Born Citizen, which is required by the Constitution. However, they are not the same, as a Citizen By Birth is citizenship by statute, whereas a Natural Born Citizen is one who inherits his or her citizenship by the laws of nature – by being born IN the US, to parents who were BOTH US citizens at the time of the child’s birth.
We learn from history and the records in our Library of Congress that in a letter dated 25 Jul 1787 from John Jay (who later became the first Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court under the new Constitution) sent to George Washington, the presiding President of the Constitutional Convention (and who had been the Commander in Chief of the Continental Army during the Revolutionary War, and who later became the first President of the United States under the new Constitution), wherein John Jay suggested the much more restrictive term and “kind” of Citizenship which is obtained only from Natural Law and the Laws of Nature and Nature’s Creator and not from positive, man-made, resolutions, statutory laws, treaties or amendments, that is requiring the future Presidents to be a “natural born Citizen”, a person born in the country to parents (plural – father and mother) who were both Citizens (born or naturalized Citizens but both Citizens of some “kind”) of the country when their child was born in the country. Born in the country of a father who is a Citizen of the country and the mother is a Citizen of the country form the Three Legged Stool Test for a “natural born Citizen”. Without either leg it cannot stand.
THIS is the original intent of our Founding Fathers. Congress has never changed or amended the original requirement, and merely redefining the meaning of Natural Born Citizen is unconstitutional. The original meaning still binds candidates today, which means that both Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio are unconstitutionally qualified to run for the office of President Of The United States.
