Hurricane Joaquin Threatens East Coast, Now Category 4, Gov Christie Declares State of Emergency In New Jersey

Hurricane Joaquin has been predicted to reek havoc on the East coast for several days.  Some models now predict that it could move out to sea.

States of Emergency have been issued by the Governors of North Carolina, New Jersey and Virginia and residents are being warned that the heavy rainfall, hundreds of miles away from the storm center will be destructive.  Watch the video on page 2.
