Now that the Obama White House and Justice Department can no longer halt investigations into vulnerable Democrats, Lois Lerner may finally face criminal charges.
House Republicans have announced that they will seek charges against Lerner for her involvement in an anti-conservative IRS targeting scheme that unfolded during the Obama administration.
