Hillary had a nice climb for many years, politically speaking. Not only has she held important national positions such as US senator and secretary of state, but she managed to do all of this without getting thrown in jail. This is no small accomplishment. And while it is nothing of which to be proud, no doubt it just wet her appetite for what was to be the grand finale — President Hillary Clinton.
But she blew it. Or maybe her chances were never as good as we were led to believe. After all, she is terribly unlikeable, arrogant, irritating, and a crook. She has life backward: She loves money and uses people.
Her descent continues. Even some of those in the Democratic Party must wish she’d go away. After all, what she stands for is failure and being a sore loser. These are not concepts that motivate the party faithful.
And now, even her speaking fees are declining. ZeroHedge reports.
After embarrassing herself and creating yet another obstacle for Congressional Democrats to overcome later this year during a disastrous trip to India earlier this month, Hillary Clinton is taking a massive 90% cut to her typical speaking fee for an engagement at one of New Jersey’s most prestigious universities.
And no – it’s not Princeton.
Clinton made her less-than-triumphant return to the Garden State on Thursday to deliver a talk about American democracy and her role in shaping the the American woman’s place in political life, according to NJ.com.
Rutgers will pay Clinton $25,000 from one of its endowments – ensuring that no tuition money will be used for the payment.The event will be hosted by the Rutgers Eagleton Institute of Politics and will be held at Rutgers Athletic Center in Piscataway.
The event is – unsurprisingly – sold out.
Clinton famously charged $300,000 for a speech at another prestigious state school – UCLA – back in 2014, with a fee of $250,000 generally accepted as the norm.
So what Hillary has to say is now only worth about 5% of what she used to command. For someone with an ego the size of Hillary’s, that humiliation must be insufferable.

Hillary Clinton has been paid $25,000 to speak at Rutgers University, but it is just a fraction of her usual six figure fee and $7,000 less than what Jersey Shore’s Snooki was given.
The former presidential candidate delivered a speech in front of a packed crowd at Rutgers on Thursday afternoon that focused on politics and her role in shaping women’s political history.
Rutgers paid the former US secretary of state $25,000 for her appearance.
Hillary, you have far more than enough money to live any lifestyle you want. Perhaps it’s time to cash in your chips, and make for some expansive villa in a nice, non-extradition country. But, alas, criminals have a way of doing themselves in eventually.
