Hillary Returns to Form ‘Resistance Group’ to Attack Trump

While we’ve enjoyed something of a six month reprieve from the experience of Clinton fatigue, it looks like our respite will be shortly coming to an end. The bad news is that Hillary is planning to return to politically life with the goal of organizing resistance to President Trump’s agenda. Given her vindictive nature, this comes as no surprise.

The former secretary of state is building a new political group to fund organizations working on the resistance to President Donald Trump’s agenda, spending recent weeks in Washington, New York City, and Chappaqua, N.Y., meeting with donors and potential groups to invest in, and recruiting individuals for the group’s board of directors, multiple people close to the two-time White House hopeful and people familiar with the group’s planning told POLITICO.

She is looking to launch the group, expected to be called Onward Together — a nod to her campaign slogan, Stronger Together — as soon as next week, they say. Clinton’s spokesman declined to comment for this story.

She plans to use some personnel from the disgraced Clinton Foundation which would indicate that this “Onward Together” group will probably not be attached to the highest levels of integrity.

Clinton has been working with Dennis Cheng, her campaign’s finance director who was previously the Clinton Foundation’s chief development officer, to bring donors into the fold.

Meanwhile, Judith McHale, who served as an undersecretary of state under Clinton, has been working with her to find groups to fund, as has former Democratic National Committee chairman, presidential candidate, and Vermont Gov. Howard Dean.

Always begin by sucking in other people’s money to fund your causes — that would be the Clinton way. And it is amazing how Hillary has been so effective in getting others to fund her personal ego trips.

And as depressing as it is to report, she has already crawled out from under her rock, spouting her tired and unproven claim that the election would have been hers had it not been stolen from her.

On Tuesday, for example, she appeared at a Women for Women International event in New York, forcefully repeating to CNN’s Christiane Amanpour her belief that Russian interference and FBI Director James Comey’s intervention were the proximate reasons for her loss in 2016.

The proof of these claims remain undiscovered six months after she lost the election. But that doesn’t matter. Using a technique borrowed from a page of some prominent members of the German Nazi party, she just keeps telling the big lie over and over until enough people believe.

The difference with Hillary is she is either unwilling to accept or certainly unwilling to admit that there was one single thing about her or her campaign that should have been unappealing to the voters. Hence her failure to win cannot be her fault.

So we have in Hillary the perfect example of the liberal refusal to accept responsibility for any of one’s shortcomings.
