Though not casting an actual vote at the ballot box, illegal immigrants make up the population tally in a census and those numbers are used to calculate the number of House seats each state is apportioned. Those states with a substantial illegal and non-citizen populations gain extra seats in the House, costing the states with fewer “whole number of persons” which is of critical importance in dividing up House seats and Electoral College votes. The purpose of the electoral college is to prevent only large states from controlling the whole country………..otherwise why would we need primaries if the majority could rule all the time……..we would always have Democrats in office because they could buy the votes by giving freebies!!!
