In the wake of the attack on Umpqua Community College (UCC) Hillary Clinton is pushing new regulations on gun shows and a change in laws allowing shooting victims and their families to sue gun manufacturers.
Seriously?
Clinton said she would propose “[tightening] rules governing gun show and Internet sales,” which is a reference to the expansion of background checks that has eluded Democrats and Democrat surrogates like Gabby Giffords and Mark Kelly since January 2013.
More idiocy on the next page:

And families of murder victims should be able to sue the one that hired them killed . Hillary would lose her fortune she stold .
So should the victims of Benghazi be able to sue you based on your mentality
I was just going to say that ! That will cost her many votes !She’s barking at the wrong tree!
The families of the people you have killed should be able to sue you. You are the lowest form of life in this world.
the stupid$#%&!@*hasn’t found a tree yet !!!…lol
Pandering to the base , She is very good at that, lotta practice, counter point is , Guns, like cars are tools, if used as designed and labeled the manufacturer should not be held accountable for injury /death if used as intended . period
Then we should be able to sue you for all of your security breaches
If a contractor builds something wrong I think the manufacturer of the hammer should be sued.
The family of the victims of Benghazi s/b able to sue her. She is way more responsible for their deaths by ignoring the Ambassador’s pleas for security, weeks prior to attack.Gross Negligence.
Hillary needs to do her homework ———- The Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA) is a United States law which protects firearms manufacturers and dealers from being held liable when crimes have been committed with their products. However, both manufacturers and dealers can still be held liable for damages resulting from defective products, breach of contract, criminal misconduct, and other actions for which they are directly responsible in much the same manner that any U.S. based manufacturer of consumer products is held responsible. They may also be held liable for negligence when they have reason to know a gun is intended for use in a crime.
The PLCAA is codified at 15 U.S.C. §§ 7901-7903.
