At Rocky Mountain High School in Fort Collins, Colorado, earlier last year a member of their “Cultural Arms Club” led the entire student body in an Arabic version of our Pledge of Allegiance, replacing the words “under God” with “under Allah.”
Principal Tom Lopez has come under fire for ´pushing an Islamic agenda´, which he denies, stating the move was to “destroy the barriers, embrace the cultures” that exist within the school.

Unless you know a better word, T&A, but all you’ve done is make a baseless connection of a known etymology of “the God” and link it senselessly to the moon. That’d be variety though, since YahWeh is Jupiter and Yeshu3 is the Sun. (the 3 is a voiced pharyngeal fricative, “ayin” in Hebrew)
WTF? LOL
I’m your king… tis me and you do not for you have prayed… and the faith unsound has applied strength to your plausibility that I am the peace among of fools, but the grace of your self-esteam.
The pledge of Allegiance is bull$#%&!@* anyway. I hate Islam, but I hate socialism just the same. Worship of the flag is idolatry, for all of those who proclaim Christianity, but most are not Christian, they don’t worship God, they worship the state. The pledge was written by a well known socialist, and the cause wasn’t even noble. If you believe in public schools, you might be a socialist.
“Come you…. all my servants and my beloved ones who are chosen… 144,000 of Jacob, Elijah… Jeremiah… Ezekiel…. Isaac, David, Solomon, and Abraham who was the father of Moses… your father of fathers…. who are my sons to thy brother of authority… I will save you… once again…. for I have slain in your patience and your peace… of KORAH that I give you… the father… the son…. and the holy spirit… LIGHT will restore… and you will stay protected under the resolution of my wings. Blessed be to you… Amen.
No no no we’re Americans
And it should still b under god not somebody else
Eric, I agree with your first, third, penultimate and last sentences wholeheartedly. And the second half of the second sentence. And maybe the first half even, though I’d have to include all religions. But I don’t hate Muslims. Nor Christians. Nor Atheists. Some of them are militant bastards, and wouldn’t you know they make the news! But most folks don’t make the news and are kind, loving, peaceful if vigilant people!
Hell, you know in the Middle East, most “mere commoner” Muslims and Jews and Christians watch out for each other against the horse$#%&!@* the statist forces dominated by any religion will impose upon them! I had a college roommate who was only alive because a Palestinian family hid his future parents from an anti-Hebrew raid.
(I myself am intellectually athiest; emotionally in love with God — Who cannot fit into any box no matter how gilded the walls nor stained the windowglass! And yes, I would say “Al-Laahi” in Arabic, that being the correct case for the sentence above. But not “Allah”, because that sounds kind of like a preposition or something.)
never I will never say those words it will always be one nation under GOD forever……
I hope the parents in that district do something about this.
