Heineken Calls for “a World Without Borders or Barriers”

One thing that this Socialist domination has done, however, is weakened the resolve of once proud and tough people.  Take the Dutch, for instance.  Right within their own country, Dutch politician Geert Wilders was threatened with prosecution and charged with Hate Speech crimes over the fact that he asked a crowd of supporters if they wanted more or less Moroccan refugees in Holland.  That is not an exaggeration and the charges against him were dead serious.  One of the bright moments of that really shameful action by its government was the fact that Wilders chose not to show for the proceedings, announcing instead that he would not be party to an institutional witch hunt.  Bravo!

In fact, all the Leftist media in Holland, mirroring that of America and everywhere else in the world, made sure to paint Mr. Wilders as a racist, homophobic, xenophobic…well, you know the drill.

Know that Holland, just like everywhere else, is inundated with the fear of radical Islam and the real consequences of open borders.  What is not expected is for one of the largest exporters of Holland to be touting Progressive propaganda on one of the best selling products in America.

Holland is home of the famous brewing company, Heineken, and is in a very valued position of being one of the biggest selling products in America.  But after the newest Heineken promotion, Americans may not be so inclined to spend their money on the alcoholic beverage whose advertising may be more bitter than even its beer.

Geert Wilders, a Dutch politician, is gaining notoriety in that country as a strong Right wing Conservative and leads the Party of Freedom.  He is strengthening in the polls as anti-Islamic sentiments continue to rise in that nation.  The Hague itself is nicknamed “Jihad City” for a good reason.  The number of terror incidents is increasing and the Moroccan Islamists are committing more and more of these attacks.

In Amsterdam in 2004, Dutch filmmaker Theo van Gogh was brutally assassinated in the street by Mohammed Bouyeri, a 26-year-old Moroccan Muslim.  The terrorist waited in ambush and shot him eight times and wounded two other bystanders.  Still alive, the filmmaker struggled to the other side of the road before collapsing and pleading for his life.  The coward jihadist approached the dying man and shot him several more times, then attempted to behead him with a long knife before stabbing him in the chest and severing his spinal cord.

The largest network of terrorists resides in The Hague.  The group known as Hofstad Network is made up mainly of North African Islamists who are hell-bent on the growth of the Caliphate through insurrection, mass murder, chaos, and breeding out the White population.  They have links in both Spain and Belgium and are suspected to have outlying communities elsewhere in the world, including places in the northern United States. The group is influenced by the ideology of Takfir wal-Hijra. Redouan al-Issar, also known as “The Syrian” is the spiritual leader of the group. They have been found to be planning the assassinations of high-level government and Parliament officials. Sound like a nice group of young people, don’t they?

Holland is by no means the only European nation with these problems, but it begs the question: why would Heineken brewing company suddenly think that it’s economically smart to delve into politics, especially when you’re on the exact wrong side of the issue?

A new ad campaign for Heineken beer promotes “a world without borders or barriers,” in another nod to the vacuous virtue-signaling that is being embraced by many top companies.

Text has been added to cans of Heineken that states, “Here’s To An Open World. To a world without borders or barriers. To the belief that there is more that unites us than divides us. To find common ground to raise a bottle with the person next to you. Because a stranger is just a friend that you haven’t had a cold Heineken with yet. Open Your World.”

The campaign is backed up with a commercial in which leftists and conservatives “divided by their beliefs” come together to make peace. The commercial isn’t that bad, but the “world without borders” gimmick is painfully bad.

To say nothing of the sheer stupidity of the idea of no borders, I wonder if the owners and CEOs of Heineken who live in the posh districts and upscale Dutch neighborhoods upon rolling fields of tulips and windmills live in homes where there are doors without locks, gates that are always open and windows that are not barred.

Somehow, I think they are exactly like the brand of Leftists who reside here in the States. It’s okay for the rest of the world, but as for us, we’ll keep our walls, our armed guards and our condescending attitudes. Deal with it!

Yes, we’ll deal with it. Personally, I believe a good Leftist-style boycott would do well to send a viable message.

And, by the way, Heineken, in case you weren’t aware, the only real reasons for closed borders are criminals and terrorism and, in case you haven’t noticed, Muslims don’t partake in alcohol.
