In a story chilling in its implications, the United States Preventative Services Task Force has recently recommended subjecting all Americans to so called mental health screenings. Either ignorant or contemptuous of what a demonstrable disaster existing federal healthcare mandates have already been for the American citizen, the task force recommended forcing healthcare providers to cover such screenings.
What makes the story terrifying instead of merely a sad indictment of federal hubris and overreach is how the results of those “screenings” become part of the patient’s medical records. The now searchable and cross-reference-able medical records mandated by Obamacare rules and regulations.

Time is coming. Time to stop the madness
To everyone reading this post..please know i did not mean to make anyone angry.i am a sixty seven year old grandmother and have learned not to panic over what the media puts out.i have not saw anything that is suppose to go before congress about. people being screened for mental illness in order to purchase a gun so i really should not have commented..i do not fear obama as some do because he is almost gone to my relief and please remember this is something he can not mandate just because he thinks its the way to go..we have to stop the rising violence caused by so much hate that i blame the media on in large part for instigating and reporting untruths…..there is power in numbers and there are way too many of us that take our constitution for exactly what it says to enable anyone or any groups to tred on this right..always remember that..i have two grandchildren in a small country school and i want to know they are safe…we could consider establishing security systems that work in every school in this country..what kind would be fool proof i dont know..arm the teachers? thats not their job and we could have a disgrunteled teacher go bersek one day just as a postal worker did a couple of years ago..any ideas would or should be considered..i just think we get upset over rumors and false media reports..we do need to protect our rights but i ask you this..ex felons are not permitted to own a gun…is that constitutional or fair?i dont think so unless a violent crime was involved..then i might reconsider…tis really isnt about obama or muslims or trying to take our rights.i believe in my heart people are grasping at ways to save some lives and sadly with all the illegal guns smuggled in we will never reach a perfect solution..so dont be mad at me and say ugly things to me cause i am not about all that.also i bear no political lable..that futher divides us..so im just me.

who decides what is considered mental illness? How mentally ill do you have to be? Which illness are considered too dangerous?
