It should come as no surprise that Senate Democrats piled on the attacks during Neil Gorsuch’s Supreme Court confirmation hearings. It should also come as no surprise to anyone familiar with Gorsuch that he capably fended off the attacks with poise.
When CA Democrat Dianne Feinstein attacked Gorsuch’s worker rights record, the nominee was quick to point out that he had opined on behalf of the worker several times over the course of his 2,700 opinions as a judge — Feinstein just hadn’t read them.
