To protect and to serve is what we are told is the cops motto. With so much negative press, it seems that the bad cops have gained the spot light of late. Where have all the good cops gone?
Check out the video on page two about the good cop who steps in to protect a mentally ill man from a cop beating and is punished for “crossing the blue line”.

If not this is an outrage and the entire department should be investigated
