This video details how to make a super-efficient water heater thermo siphoning process. Not only are all the parts he uses cheap or free discards, the project does not need electricity or solar power.
To match this video you will need:
Copper Tubing
Stove Pipe
Water heater
Valves
And of course, water and something to burn.
See the process video after the break and then get started on your own source of endless hot water:
Where I’m from we call this a water heater. We burn gas straight out of the wall.
Carie Rinehart this might be something to look at for your new house.

Don’t need solar or electricity… But…”and of course water and something to burn”…..
this has been done for 200 years, college boys just now figured it out!
Stupid to use a copper heat exchanger. Very dangerous.
Man you guys are critical… The point here is that you could, with limited parts, heat your water with an existing heat source such as a wood stove or pellet stove. I’d say, nice job for the instructional video that you took the time to create. Well done and keep up the positive work!
Sweet thanks Billy Potter I will check it out for sure
Save the copper tubing for making ‘shine and use a solar water heater…
If you lost power and your on a well and septic system how are you getting water to the coil from underground? I think it would work as long as your on a gravity feed from the city supply until they ran out and then there pumps would be empty as well.
