Florida Man Order By County To Keep BBQ Smell On His Own Property

“I’m only here because of the odor,” Graham said. “I’m only here because of the smoke.”

“I can smell it again right now, but I’m on your property,” Graham tells the two men in the footage. “You’re allowed to have it smell on your property, so that doesn’t count, but when I’m on the street, that’s when it counts.”

“So we’re supposed to control the smoke and the wind and where it’s blowing it?” one man asked.

This is obviously a result of the EPA’s absurd regulations coming in that attacks BBQs and wood stoves.
