Florida Country Runs Out of Republican Ballots, Turns Away Voters

The lines were long in the Apopka, Florida polling places.  When Republican ballots ran out this morning in Apopka, Florida, some voters did not have time to wait around for new ballots to be delivered.  Ballots ran out at the Errol Estate this morning, with more being delivered about an hour later.

At the World of Life Church, some residents said that they waited two hours to vote because of the delays.

Elections officials told News 6 that more ballots were also printed and sent to World of Life Church. News 6 reporter Amanda Castro spotted an official delivering a box of ballots to the church around 12:30 p.m.

Officials also allowed voters to use the ADA ExpressVote machine, which is typically only used for voters with disabilities.

Other issues also arose in many Orange County polling places, where technical issues forced officials to use the registries of paper to enroll voters in this Florida neighborhood.  The technical issue at numerous locations turned out to be connectivity troubles.

Orange County Supervisor of Elections, Colwes said, “the problem caused delays, but no voters had to be turned away and that every voting precinct has backup books in place to manually check in voters, if needed.”

The heated nature of this race makes these type of issues very serious.  Is there fraud involved or is it just the Second Law of Thermodynamics, that things break down, especially it seems during elections?

In Texas we did see fraud, and though it did not alter the outcome, it is still quite serious, as Truth and Action uncovered.

4 people state voted for Trump and checked ballot, and it was changed to Rubio on three and Gray on fourth. Radio KLBJ, Austin,Tx.”” -@LindaSPrestrid1

This always occurs — of course — and there’s always the question of whether the disparity was purposeful, or simply a glitch, but this high-stakes election has everyone on the lookout for unfair play. Donald Trump supporters in particular have little faith in the Republican Party, and considering they’re in charge of the primary itself, Trump voters were no doubt on edge when they headed into the polls.

Imagine their surprise, then, when at least a handful of voters saw their ballots cast for Trump turn into votes for Rubio.

In the end, of course, it didn’t matter. Marco placed a distant 3rd in the state, missing the delegate threshold entirely, but the accusations of fraud are serious, even if they didn’t shift the race in a meaningful way.
