Feminist: “Rape Lasts For Minutes, Death Is Forever. You DON’T Need A Gun”

Feminists, like Dianne Feinstein, want to empower women with free rape whistles, birth control and abortion, but not give them the right to self defense.  In this backward, chauvinistic thinking, “Rape Lasts For Minutes, Death Is Forever. You DON’T Need A Gun”, it is better to lay down and take it, then to defend oneself against a rapist with a gun.

Yet, rape lasts a lifetime, not a few minutes. According to the World Health Organization, victims of sexual assault are:

• 3 times more likely to suffer from depression.
• 6 times more likely to suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder.
• 13 times more likely to abuse alcohol.
• 26 times more likely to abuse drugs.
• 4 times more likely to contemplate suicide.

All this is okay with these feminists, but not self defense with a gun.  It is okay to suffer for a lifetime, then learn to defend oneself from a crime that is violent and has lasting physical and emotional trauma tied to it.

If you, the feminist, think that rape isn’t so bad, then why are there millions of dollars being spent to stop the ‘rape culture’ on college campuses?

If women can’t defend themselves, then how come there are numerous news stories of women, from young to old, who have defended their lives with a gun?

The reality of this situation is that these women calling for gun-control are usually the over privileged who live in secure areas and/or are walking around with bodyguards who carry guns, so they don’t have to.

I hate to throw facts into this situation but according to Florida University Criminologist, Gary Kleck, 2.1-2.5 MILLION Americans use a gun in self-defense on an annual basis. Call me dumb, but I highly doubt in all those millions there are no women involved at all.

Women, like Senator Feinstein, don’t share the same reality as the majority of females in America, as they have armed body guards and gated communities.  The fact is that every 107 seconds, a sexual assault occurs and the rape whistle is doing nothing to prevent these attacks.  What will prevent a life time of pain and suffering would be to teach our girls and women how to fire a weapon, how to remain safe in a desperate situation like a sexual assault and to unteach the lie that the left has propagated upon the American public, that guns are the enemy.  We must empower women with the knowledge of self defense and proper gun training to protect themselves and their families.
