How much have any of you paid into social security what is your monthly check and how long have you been collecting it? If you have received more than you’ve paid you are now a burden on the tax payer. I think at retirement age you should be given all you’ve paid in in one lump sum and when the money runs out it’s out. $230 out of $1100 a month to cover 400 in Rx’s to keep you alive is ridiculous. Yes you worked but if you’re receiving more than you’ve paid you are a welfare recipient. You know just like all those others you complain about every tax season who gets back more than they’ve paid in. Same thing.
