Feds to Require that Cars “Broadcast Speed and Location Data”, But They Promise Not to Use it Against You

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is stepping up efforts to require vehicle-to-vehicle communications under their proposed “connected car” rule by the end of 2015.

Just like about everything that comes out of the federal government, the promised security measures comes at the cost privacy.
