Once again the question as to whether Ted Cruz has a constitutional right to run for President of the United States is in the news. Donald Trump, who strongly pursued the argument that Obama was not an American citizen and therefore could not be President, is now stating a similar argument about Cruz.
On Twitter yesterday, Trump tweeted, “If Ted Cruz doesn’t clean up his act, stop cheating and doing negative ads, (I’ll) sue him for not being a natural born citizen.” He also tweeted, “Do Americans really want a Canadian born president? First non-native born in history?”, as well as “…natural born means born on American soil.”
Trump may not have to file suit as one has already been filed by five Cullman County, Alabama voters who are seeking a judgement stating that Ted Cruz is not eligible to run for President of the United States. They believe there is enough evidence that Cruz is a Canadian citizen and therefore not an American citizen.

I can prove zero is an illegal alien and not eligible, Why because I know the immigration laws. I had to know them for my own family.
I can prove in a court of law that neither Cruz or Rubio are legal citizens, they are in fact undocumented aliens or illegally in this country. I have a daughter born out of country in 1970. I know the immigration law inside out.
First where is Cruz’s American Birth certificate? that in it’s self takes documentation he does not have. His mothers citizen ship only allowed him to come into this country pending naturalization, he did not get naturalized. there are several more issues that prove he is not a Natural Born Citizen. Rubio was born here but his parents were not citizens. Immigration law requires at least one parent to be a legal citizen. legal resident alien is not a citizen. Rubio was born before his parents were naturalized. I could easily argue this case in any court. because I had to live by those laws for my own family. My child is a natural Born citizen because I followed the law.
The US constitution does not permit dual citizenship once the time limitation runs out to get naturalized. Cruz is a Canadian citizen by defaulting on his obligation to follow the law, Rubio is a Cuban citizen for the same reason. both of them are in this country without legal documentation. even their election to the Senate is a fraud.

I would love to testify in this case. I have studied the constitution and the laws of this land for more than 40 years. I know the immigration law inside out. I can tell you why McCain and the rest are not natural born and would be happy to testify to remove the zero. believe me I know the immigration law. I have had very personal experience with it for my daughter and grand children.
