Once again the question as to whether Ted Cruz has a constitutional right to run for President of the United States is in the news. Donald Trump, who strongly pursued the argument that Obama was not an American citizen and therefore could not be President, is now stating a similar argument about Cruz.
On Twitter yesterday, Trump tweeted, “If Ted Cruz doesn’t clean up his act, stop cheating and doing negative ads, (I’ll) sue him for not being a natural born citizen.” He also tweeted, “Do Americans really want a Canadian born president? First non-native born in history?”, as well as “…natural born means born on American soil.”
Trump may not have to file suit as one has already been filed by five Cullman County, Alabama voters who are seeking a judgement stating that Ted Cruz is not eligible to run for President of the United States. They believe there is enough evidence that Cruz is a Canadian citizen and therefore not an American citizen.

WELL BOYS AND GIRLS THERE IS PLENTY OF BLAME TO GO AROUND BECAUSE IF YOU WERE ELECTED TO REPRESENT OTHERS IN WASHINGTON DC AND ALLOWED THE CORRUPTION TO GO UNCHECKED OR DIDN’T BRING IT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE YOU ARE PART OF THE PROBLEM.

It all depends, on what age his mother was, the year he was born, how long was he and her were living in canada, if he was born before 1963,if he lived past his 4 th birthday, or if she went to canada,before she was 19,and lived there four years,without ever comming back into the US. then he is not a citzen of the US, I was born in New Jersey,1937,went in the U S Army,1954, shipped out to Germany before I was 19 years old,I stayed in Germany,in the military,till 1960,when I had 4 years over, I was rushed to the American embasey,and they told me I will lose My citizenship, unless I go home for at least 2 weeks. They assigned me to the American embasey for 2 weeks,I was not allowed to go back to my unit,I was told to wear civies,no uniform, after 2 weeks vacation,I went back to work. I don’t know when cruse was bore if it’s b-4 1964,he is not a citizen.
