Led by Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, the left continues its crusade against Americans’ Second Amendment rights to keep and bear arms. President Obama recently enacted executive action to institute stricter gun control regulations. The woman he hopes to take his place in the Oval Office — Hillary Clinton — was recently recorded in a closed-door speech to donors saying that she believes “the Supreme Court is wrong on the Second Amendment.”
Hillary Clinton has had to swing to the left in order to appeal to Democratic primary voters over socialist Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders. One issue on which Clinton naturally “out-liberals” the aging Marxist is the issue of gun control. And, Clinton has gone all-in on the gun debate.

Liberal Judges make their own laws … Do we need more Liberal Judges who make up silly unreasonable laws as they go along ??? I don’t Think SO !!!
After Liberal judges make silly new laws it is up to the legislature’s to gather and write actual laws that the “people” want, that define what rights people have, including illegals.
It appears that the judges think that if you are present in America you are entitled to constitutional rights and guarantees regardless if you are legal or illegal.
My objection is to judges writing their own laws. Judges are supposed to evaluate whether an accused has violated the law. Any law… But instead we have judges that are writing their own laws as they throw America into turmoil and cause Strife among the people for whom the American Constitution was actually written.
Let’s recall the Justices that seem to think being a judge is a game where they get points for writing new laws. Their job is not to write new laws. Where they see a conflict in law or an area not covered by law they should refer to a higher court and recommend to the Legislature that new law should be written by them and signed into law by the Administrative branch of that level of Government.
