Federal Appeals Court Gives Obama Major Setback On Amnesty Program

A federal appeals court dashed President Obama’s hopes on Tuesday for a quick restart on his amnesty program by refusing to lift an injunction implemented by a lower court earlier this past February.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit gave Obama his second legal setback for unilateral action granting amnesty for 5 million illegal immigrants.
