Video Seems to Show Cold Blooded Murder
The FBI indicated that publishing the video was necessary to provide transparency. However, it appears that the video will not help the case of law enforcement if they claim the shooting was justified. It appears that Finicum had his hands spread wide, and was not brandishing a weapon. The FBI has stated that he had a 9mm pistol in his jacket, but it does not appear that he was trying use it or threaten officers with it. Rather, he seems to be open to engaging with the officers, and he certainly could not run through the deep snow, but they gunned him down before he was able to approach them. Another account had him charging the police, which is clearly not the case, as seen in the video.
Watch the video and judge for yourself if this was a lawful engagement with a citizen, or wanton murder by amped up law enforcement thugs. It sure seems like cold blooded murder from what is depicted in the video.

Justin Dommer unfortunately not even close, I watched the scene, it was not a high speed chase, and I don’t recall a barrier, he just went off road to avoid hitting the cars. And yes, they should of maybe not shot him in the back !! He had no weapon drawn. And sorry to say, if he had been Black they probably would have gave him medical aide.
