Charges Filed Against Jerry DeLemus
The Federal Bureau of Investigation has taken custody of Jerry DeLemus, a New Hampshire Tea Party activist who previously made trips to Nevada to take part in the Bundy Ranch stand-off and the federal forestry building seizure in Oregon two months ago, according to reports.
DeLemus faces nine federal charges including conspiracy to commit an offense against the United States, threatening a federal law enforcement officer, obstruction of justice, attempting to impede or injure a federal law enforcement officer and several firearms charges, when he was in Nevada to support the Bundy family at the ranch.
According to the indictment, DeLemus was a “mid-level leader and organizer of the conspiracy who, among other things: recruited, organized, trained and provided logistical support to gunmen and other Followers and organized and led armed patrols and security checkpoints.”
According to Jack Kimball, the former chairman of the New Hampshire GOP, state Rep. Susan DeLemus, R-Rochester, Jerry’s wife, called him and said they had taken custody of him today (March 3, 2016).
Kimball said he believed the custody was connected to the Bundy Ranch incident and asked “all NH patriots to come together ASAP” to ”protest this tyranny in the most visible way possible.”
“A good and Patriotic Marine is now being prosecuted for standing up for Liberty,” he noted.
The entire debacle seems to be leading to bigger conflicts and the overreach of the federal government, including the arrest of DeLemus, could merely exacerbate the problem.
The standoff at the Oregon Wildlife refuge was a huge poke in the eye to the federal government, and they are determined to exact their pound of flesh, and more. The retribution began when federal agents set up a road block and forced one of the key rancher spokesmen out of his truck and then murdered him in cold blood as he tried to heave through the deep snow bank. Next was arresting Cliven Bundy, who had proven to be a thorn in their side back in 2014 when there was previous standoff at his ranch in Nevada.
The feds, however, need to have a massive show of strength to put down the rebellion once and for all. There is deep anger and mistrust among the westerners who see the federal government gobbling up the western territory where Washington owns 51 percent of all the land in eleven western states. In fact, Barack Obama just today declared an additional two million acres in California to be federal reserve land, off limits to the citizens of the United States.
With that type of outrageous land grab, they are looking to definitively pull the teeth of the budding insurrection. So it appears that they will be rounding up anyone and everyone that they consider to be a threat.
The people living in those lands were passive for some time, but the day came when the inhabitants of that fair land rose up and refused to submit to the arrogant and high handed demands of submission required by the [“royalty” in Washington D.C.]
The day may soon be coming that a similar uprising will occur, and that is probably why the eastern “royalty” of this nation is so anxious and determined to disarm the citizens of this nation.
It is obvious that the federal government believes that legally overcharging the participants of these protests with any and every legal claim will convince any other would-be protesters that it is not worth the effort. They do not recognize that for many of these protesters, they are simply protecting their land, their families and their livelihoods.
That is hard to understand for federal employees living a comfortable and protected life while preventing average citizens from exercising their right to protest. But the day is coming when the public will fight back, and the arrogant and jack-booted thugs representing the federal government will be overwhelmed and finally recognize that they are meant to be public servants and not public tyrants. That day may be sooner than anyone thinks, and when it comes, God help the foot soldiers of the administration, for they will be the first to suffer the pent-up wrath of an angry and a violated public.

Why is the government so dam afraid of a dozen people and their friends, that they would arrest anyone connected in any way to them; they don’t do this to BLM, panthers, cair, or anyother group for that matter.
