It’s almost been over two weeks since Donald Trump was elected president, and still the left can’t stop crying. Those who aren’t out physically assaulting Trump voters have taken a more emotional approach by sinking into a state of depression and taking time off of work. Like EPA employees, for example, were actually offered counseling and some are threatening to retire early.
Many government employees are in a state of panic, and they have every right to be there. But they knew this was coming. When you spend eight years lying to the public and reach the point where you even have yourself convinced, you should know that a reckoning is coming.
Under the Trump administration, EPA employees will most-likely see the most drastic changes. Trump has bowed to repeal some of the rules that have been put into place under the Obama Administration, including the Clean Power Rule, which is was created to cut the greenhouse gas emissions from power plants.
Trump has even gone so far as to suggest cutting the agency altogether. But fear not, they can’t be that close to doom, if he’s appointed somebody to be in charge of it. He’s selected Myron Ebell, a top climate change skeptic to lead this new transition. Though, employees aren’t exactly comforted by that notion.

Drain the swamp
Needs to be a big accounting over the EPA and their tactics as well as those in the IRS and Department of Justice. Let the wrong doers stand accountable for their crimes and actions.
Under Obama, every agency of the federal government had as many communists, preferably criminally motovated, appointed and hired as possible. And czars and tsa and homeland and muslim brotherhood, and the public can’t even know who all. Their jobs are to persecute, prosecute, undermine, and promulgate as many onerous and subversive laws and regulations as possible. There are thousands of people in this current government who belong in jail or executed. There are tens of thousands of actions that need to be recinded and then the damaged repaired. It is very bad and even if congress cooperates with PE Trump, may not be salvageable.
The EPA should not be shut down as the agency does SOME good work. We cannot go back to just polluting to our hearts content. That said, we cannot completely destroy coal country, the people that derive a life from it, or allow the price of power grow beyond reason. Review what the EPA did the last 8 years under the idiot and make changes so the EPA works for the people and not a political party.
I want to know who’s footing the bill for the counseling.
