So, if it follows its own rules, the Environmental Protection Agency should shut itself down right now…and have to pay a hefty fine. It was from a gold mine I think. But the river runs into the Colorado River and eventually down to California and Mexico.
Of course there is probably little that can be done, but is anyone trying. That will also affect our draught and the water for farming needs.
