A Few Dozen People Are Responsible for 1/3 of All 2016 Campaign Contributions

An Associated Press report of fundraising filed with federal regulators uncovered that about 60 donations of a million dollars or more accounted for a third of $380 million brought in so far for the 2016 presidential election. Donors who offered up $100,000 account for about one half of all donations to presidential committees and the super PACs that support them. Read more about it on the following page.
