More than any other major network, CNN has been saddled with the stigma of “fake news” and shoddy reporting. The accusations ramped up considerably after BuzzFeed News reported on an alleged dossier claiming Donald Trump had engaged in odd sexual acts with Russian prostitutes. Most networks passed on the obviously fake story — but CNN reported it.
The report enraged Donald Trump led him to rename the network “CNN Fake News” — and Trump isn’t alone. Now, CNN’s guests are getting in on the action.
