DHS Whistleblower: I was Ordered to Scrub the Records of Muslims with Terror Ties

Phil Haney, a former employee of the DHS, turned whistle blower after Obama placed the blame on the DHS for once again failing to connect the dots, and keep America safe. The frustration of it all angered Haney so much, he wrote:

I can no longer be silent about the dangerous state of America’s counter-terror strategy, our leaders’ willingness to compromise the security of citizens for the ideological rigidity of political correctness—and, consequently, our vulnerability to devastating, mass-casualty attack… Just before that Christmas Day attack, in early November 2009, I was ordered by my superiors at the Department of Homeland Security to delete or modify several hundred records of individuals tied to designated Islamist terror groups like Hamas from the important federal database, the Treasury Enforcement Communications System (TECS). These types of records are the basis for any ability to “connect dots.”

Perhaps the Obama administration is not only ordering the scrubbing of terrorist information just to continue collecting the fear that fountains from Americans after these casual terror attacks, but to also, possibly, cover their own tracks.

In 2007, FBI documents revealed that the Government has allowed 22 Islamic terrorist training-camps to function inside the U.S. Obviously, the okay given for these camps was reinforced with the effort to give purpose for a DHS.

This effort has effectively morphed the DHS into a confusing blur of blame the Obama administration uses to hide behind. Read more on the 22 terrorist training-camps by TruthandAction here.
