Democrats don’t seem to know what to do after James Comey’s testimony to Congress.
Earlier this week, President Donald Trump claimed total vindication after Comey failed to reveal any bombshells against Trump. During the testimony, Comey confirmed that Trump was not under investigation, that he had not been ordered to end an investigation into Michael Flynn, and that he was fired for his handling of a matter that did not directly involve the president.
This was bad news for the left, who had hoped that Comey’s testimony would provide fodder for impeachment proceedings against Trump.
Now, however, they seem to be targeting another politician entirely — possibly because they’ve reached a dead end when it comessto Trump’s impeachment.
