What Obama says when the teleprompter is off can be very revealing. At the end of last year in Chicago the President fully admitted to breaking the law by totally circumventing the fundamental structure of separation of powers underpinning our nation.
Obama lied when he stated during his immigration speech that he wasn’t changing the law and that he was working within the limits of his office.

Billionaire presidential candidate Donald Trump on Tuesday called for presidential candidates to be banned from using teleprompters as an aide to convey their message to voters.
Speaking off the cuff at a campaign rally in Iowa, the real estate mogul contended it was time candidates spoke without the help of the infamous devices.
“I say we should outlaw teleprompters for anybody running for president,” Trump said.
