Senator Tammy Baldwin (D-Wisconsin) discussed the new ruling granting same-sex marriage in the U.S. on MSNBC’s “Up w/ Steve Kornacki.” She explained that, in her opinion, business owners should not be able to refuse to serve homosexuals on grounds of religious beliefs. Baldwin had a confusing logic to support her notion, though. After all, shouldn’t a business owner’s right to freedom of religion, enshrined in the First Amendment to the Constitution protect him from being forced to act counter to his faith?
Senator Baldwin had to do some crazy progressive gymnastics to bend her logic to fit, but she came up with an answer:
sorry i will stand by my bill of rights that were granted to me by my forefathers,,,you are dismissed from any further public meetings, that is my right as a citizen,,go home senator
Where do they find these people, and why do they elect them to office?
And just like Christians have the right not to marry a same sex couple in their church …. So do Muslims have the right to deny a same sex marriage ceremony in a mosque … Did you read anything I said? Or did you think your quippy (and bigoted) cartoon was all you needed?
Don’t you just LOVE how intelligent these politicians seem to be: NOT.
All a marriage in a place of worship is, to the government, is a ceremony. It holds no legal standing to the United states of America. You still need to go get a marriage license for it to be a “legally binding marriage”
These idiots will take anything written in plain English and then tell YOU it’s not plain English and needs interpretation and then tries to convince others his/her interpretation is the right one. She’s a sick one.l
this is wisconsin”s biggest mistake when they voted this arrogant lowlife piece of garbage into office. she WILL NOT BE reelected.
This thing is a total MORON. I am ashamed she is from Wisconsin.
P**s off you ditz!!
sorry Senator but you are not only wrong but dead wrong hope you get replaced by a person who remembers who they work for
