Hillary Clinton likely never expected to have to fight so hard just to win this year’s primary. What was supposed to be a coronation of the presumptive nominee has now become a bitter battle just to hold on to the nomination that she once had in the bag.
If that weren’t enough for Clinton, it now looks as if she may need to win one more battle if she’d like to get the nomination. Word from Washington D.C. has it that the FBI is now ready to indict the former Secretary of State for her unlawful possession of classified materials.
In fact, according to former U.S. House Majority Leader Tom Delay, the FBI has accumulated so much evidence against the Democrat frontrunner, those within the organization are threatening to go public should an indictment not occur.

Every day a newer and uglier revelation. Each time you think it just couldn’t get worse, it does.
I’m not sure which is more appalling. Hillary, or those who continue to support/defend/protect her all the while knowing what she did. It just goes to show where their morals, ethics and integrity are.
Listen to how she parses the words,” ‘I did not receive or send information marked classified.’ That doesn’t matter. It’s not the marking that makes a government piece of information classified. It’s the nature of the information.”
So she may not be a liar … she was just too stupid to know what information in her email was classified. Somehow that doesn’t make things better.
This behavior could only get worse if she becomes president, and information stolen from her private server made her susceptible to pressure — whether from a hacking group like Anonymous, or a foreign power.
Can it be any clearer?
Former United States Attorney General Michael Mukasey tells MSNBC that not only was Hillary Clinton’s private email server illegal, it “disqualifies” her from holding any federal office. Such as, say, President of the United States.
“If you do this, you’ve essentially disqualified yourself from being the leader of the free world,” said Mukasey, referring to the illegal server and the illegal handling of classified materials by the former Secretary of State and Democrat Presidential candidate .
Mukasey specifically points to one federal law, Title 18. Section 2071.
For those of us who do not have United States Code committed to memory, here’s what it says:
“(a)
Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
(b)
Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.”
Yes, it explicitly states “shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States.”
Shouldn’t voters know this? The media won’t tell them.
You look at how General David Petraeus’s case was handled over his misuse of classified email there is no excuse not to prosecute Hillary Clinton for the same crime.
Petraeus was forced to resign as the CIA Director. At the very least Hillary should be forced to terminate her campaign.
Additionally Hillary could be prosecuted under USC 18 Section 793, “gross negligence” for the breach of security under the Espionage Act.
