Hillary Clinton likely never expected to have to fight so hard just to win this year’s primary. What was supposed to be a coronation of the presumptive nominee has now become a bitter battle just to hold on to the nomination that she once had in the bag.
If that weren’t enough for Clinton, it now looks as if she may need to win one more battle if she’d like to get the nomination. Word from Washington D.C. has it that the FBI is now ready to indict the former Secretary of State for her unlawful possession of classified materials.
In fact, according to former U.S. House Majority Leader Tom Delay, the FBI has accumulated so much evidence against the Democrat frontrunner, those within the organization are threatening to go public should an indictment not occur.

True or not …no charges will ever be filed..that is not the way the government works….
You have it right, the federal government is a tyrant. Tyrants are dictatorships operating “under color of law”. Does Alan Raud pay federal income tax? If so, you are a slave (taxpayer) to the evil IRS. Too many people in America will not take the initiative to read 26 U.S.C. to see if indeed the tax applies to them.

Is this some idiot attempt to fire up the base because she will not be indicted. There is nothing to indict her for. Before you go telling me about all the classified data that came across her private server, please note that not a thing came into or was sent out of her server with a classification marked on it. The only stuff that was of any significance never had a classification until well after it came through her server.
Other points. The real problems with her handling of documents is there is no way of charging her with anything. None of the documents were classified when crossing her machine. Second she did not pass any material to unauthorized parties as Petraeus did. Finally, She was the Classifying authority for the State Dept. Everything that was classified or declassified by state department personnel was under her authority. It’s pretty hard to develop a case against a Classifying authority for a unit because a lot of stuff can be classified or declassified at her instruction.
That’s why she seems unconcerned about another stupid Republican effort to nail her. The FBI is going to be checking to make sure nothing was exposed to any unauthorized parties, but they are not going to charge her with anything.
Nuff said, she’s not going to be charged with anything.
It can’t happen fast enough and after the indictment of Ms. Clinton, how about Loretta Lynch for obstruction of justice!

Loretta Lynch is a carbon copy of Eric Holder, has her nose so far up Obamas$#%&!@* she will never bring charges against Hillary Clinton, she should also be brought up on charges of Contempt of Congress.
