Hillary Clinton likely never expected to have to fight so hard just to win this year’s primary. What was supposed to be a coronation of the presumptive nominee has now become a bitter battle just to hold on to the nomination that she once had in the bag.
If that weren’t enough for Clinton, it now looks as if she may need to win one more battle if she’d like to get the nomination. Word from Washington D.C. has it that the FBI is now ready to indict the former Secretary of State for her unlawful possession of classified materials.
In fact, according to former U.S. House Majority Leader Tom Delay, the FBI has accumulated so much evidence against the Democrat frontrunner, those within the organization are threatening to go public should an indictment not occur.

Lack of truth to this story. Loretta Lynch cannot indict anyone; she does not have that authority, and the FBI knows it. All the FBI does is send their findings to the Justice Department with a recommendation. It’s up to Lynch to send it to a Federal Grand Jury; it’s her choice. A Federal Grand Jury will return either a True Bill or a No Bill (sometimes called a No True Bill). I don’t believe we’ll see Lynch take any action against Clinton, none. Hillary is a powerful Democrat and powerful Democrats very seldom face the legal jaws of justice, no matter how serious their crimes and the quality of the evidence against them.

This administration is trying everyhting under the sun to oviod indictment. It truly shows justice is not what their after, only thier precieved justice not true justice. They have plenty of evidence and almost anybody else would be under the jail by now. Most Americans know that, they are only making matters worse on themselves by continuing to stonewall justice.
the fbi should charge her with obstruction of justice if she takes no action because she indeed IS obstructing the judicial process.
