One of the leading research agencies in the country, if not the world, is the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. Commonly referred to DARPA, the agency has been on the forefront of numerous technological breakthroughs. It’s latest project, however, is one likely to chill Americans to their core.
Looking into the possibilities of micro-chipping, DARPA has started working on a neural-coding device that allows one to control artificial limbs once placed in the brain. With the results of tests of the device on animals proving promising, the agency is preparing to conduct tests on humans next year. By remarkable “coincidence”, the media has started pushing for children to be microchipped, whether parents consent to it or not.
